Job summary

Harvey, based in Dublin, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth of our AI platform across the legal and professional services markets. You will own early-stage pipeline across EMEA by engaging law firms, professional services organizations, and in-house legal teams, understanding their challenges, and introducing Harvey’s AI platform.

This role blends outbound prospecting with inbound qualification.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a fast-growing startup, especially in sales development or project management.
• Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
• Strong executive presence when presenting to senior buyers.
• Independent, driven, and rigorous in approach.
• Able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Salesloft, and reporting tools.
• Collaborative team player across internal functions.
• Passionate about Harvey’s mission and AI in knowledge work.
• Interest in the legal profession; prior legal industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue pipeline aligned with Harvey’s profile using outbound outreach.
• Prospect into target accounts across EMEA via email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Source and qualify new opportunities through outbound and inbound.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer workflows and opportunities.
• Respond quickly to inbound interest and qualify/follow up.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop opportunities and early-stage deals.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
• Contribute to Harvey’s sales playbook and document learnings.
• Hit and exceed pipeline and activity targets.
