Job summary

Notion is reimagining enterprise software sales, and the Solutions Consultant role is the cornerstone of that model. You’ll own the full customer journey—from first meeting through design, close, implementation, expansion, and renewal—become the single owner of your accounts, and ensure what you sell is realized.

You’ll deliver live workflow demos with customers and translate designs into outcomes. As a technical seller, you’ll partner with BDRs, navigate procurement, legal, and security

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Ability to design live workflow demos and co-design with customers.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and mapping of workflows to outcomes.
• Experience navigating procurement, legal & security reviews.
• Comfort owning room with urgency and new ideas.
• Passion for AI and emerging tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle from new logo to renewal.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers.
• Collaborate with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, and implementation paths.
• Guide early implementation with adoption plan and handoff.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and renewal execution.
