Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience in digital advertising, performance marketing or ad sales.
• Proven ability to manage multiple advertiser relationships and advise on strategy, performance, and budgets.
• Strong understanding of advertising metrics and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience developing ad creative or briefing creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and drive growth across an SMB portfolio.
• Understand client objectives and audiences to tailor advertising strategies.
• Lead performance reviews, present insights, and agree actions to improve results.
• Onboard and launch campaigns, optimize campaigns, and monitor metrics.
• Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines and activity in Salesforce.
• Share advertiser feedback to inform product and playbooks.
• Balance customer experience with revenue targets and activity expectations.
