CPL Global Talent is recruiting an Ad Sales Account Manager in Dublin 2 for a 12-month fixed-term contract, onsite only. You will manage a portfolio of SMB clients, driving revenue through consultative sales and AI-powered advertising solutions.

The role requires proactive outreach, relationship-building, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, strong communication skills, and experience with digital advertising or SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in inside sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing sales.
• Experience making outbound calls and proactively managing customer relationships.
• Background in digital advertising, SaaS, technology, media, or platform-based sales is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB clients to drive revenue and long-term customer success.
• Build relationships through consultative sales and proactive account management.
• Engage customers via outbound calls, email, and virtual meetings to identify opportunities and optimise advertising performance.
• Understand customer goals and recommend the most suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Support clients through campaign optimisation, performance reviews, and strategic business recommendations.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records; achieve sales targets and KPIs.
