Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven Account Executive for Agentforce in Poland and/or the broader EMEA Emerging Growth Markets. Fluency in Polish and English is essential, with experience in high-growth, technical enterprise sales across EMEA.

You will partner with the wider Salesforce team to drive Agentforce adoption for new and existing customers. You will demonstrate Agentforce capabilities, translate AI models to business value, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing across

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise or commercial B2B sales in technical environments.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer engagement and Salesforce stack.
• Strong ability to translate complex AI models to business value.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in technical sales.
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional EMEA languages a plus.
• Experience across EMEA Emerging Growth Markets preferred.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth technical discovery and demonstrate capabilities at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities fitting the ideal customer profile.
• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs.
• Craft POVs communicating value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Explain how Salesforce product stack can transform customer engagement.
• Collaborate across teams for a seamless client experience.
• Align proposed solutions to clients' long-term objectives.
