Job summary

Indeemo in Cork is seeking a driven outbound sales development professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will research accounts, build lists, and reach the right decision-makers through email and LinkedIn before they hear about Indeemo.

You’ll create conversations, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for the Sales Team, driving a proactive pipeline. Expect persistence in the face of non-responses and regular use of AI tools from day one.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Excellent written communication for cold outreach.
• Comfort with rejection and persistence.
• Experience with CRM/sequencing tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Genuine interest in using AI for research and personalization.
• Able to manage multiple active sequences and lists.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: build/maintain target account lists; research accounts and contacts; run email/LinkedIn campaigns; refine messaging.
• Pipeline Development: qualify self-sourced prospects; book discovery calls; re-engage cold accounts.
• CRM & Pipeline Discipline: log activity; keep data current; track outbound metrics and improve.
