Gong, a leading AI-powered revenue platform, is hiring an SDR in Ireland to drive outbound, research-rich outreach into named target accounts across EMEA. You will use AI to accelerate research, personalise outreach, and book discovery calls for Account Executives while learning in a fast-growing AI business.

Qualifications

• Experience performing outbound sales into named accounts.
• Ability to research and engage multiple contacts per account.
• Comfort using AI tools to tailor outreach and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Run researched, multi-threaded outbound into named target accounts through calls, email, and social
• Manage a book of accounts alongside an Account Executive and set strategy
• Use AI to research faster, personalise more deeply, and scale outreach
• Generate qualified pipeline and book discovery calls for your Account Executives
• Become a power user of Gong's platform and turn insight into a prospecting edge
• Drive a high volume of quality activity that converts into pipeline and revenue
• Sharpen the playbook - feedback shapes how EMEA SDR runs
