Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a driven sales executive to close new business and expand existing accounts within the SMB space. The role focuses on selling AI-powered technology solutions, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud tools, to modernise customer engagement and demonstrate ROI.

You will own the end-to-end sales process, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver compelling AI transformation narratives while achieving quota targets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling AI-powered technology solutions to SMBs.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing with a focus on new business and account expansion.
• Position Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein AI, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud tools) to demonstrate business value and ROI.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with Core Sales, AI Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to deliver AI transformation narratives.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and revenue performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
