Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to transform customer experiences and act as a strategic partner to the Sales team. You will translate business objectives into practical, high-impact demonstrations and recommendations throughout the sales cycle.

You will drive solution innovation across Agentforce and Data Cloud, coordinate with Product, Marketing and Professional Services, and communicate value to diverse audiences from IT to C-suite, while staying current on AI trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Solution Engineering, SaaS or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience as a strategic partner to sales leadership in complex deals.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical North Star for the sales team, aligning technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Develop and deliver innovative demos and solutions (Agentforce, Data Cloud) for client challenges.
• Lead the solution cycle through close collaboration with Product, Marketing and Professional Services.
• Articulate Salesforce value to IT, security and C-suite audiences with industry insights.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Salesforce products and industry trends.
