Job summary

Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build‑beside partner who helps customers turn AI ambition into working systems inside Notion.

You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at‑risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
• Fluent in Russian.
• Strong customer-facing discovery instincts and the ability to map workflows and translate goals into practical plans.
• Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor—co-design, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts.
• Contribute to NRR with renewal and expansion pipeline and proactive product adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Consultants on strategy for expansion and renewal for shared accounts.
• Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide customers through their AI transformation.
• Facilitate use-case consultations and identify new workflow opportunities that drive value with Notion.
• Engage Services for complex implementations and ensure successful outcomes.
• Learn Notion’s product and AI ecosystem to help customers build durable systems.
• Help build OA programs that generate customer and business outcomes across Notion’s install base.
