Job summary

Notion is recruiting a Solutions Consultant for Dublin-based work to own the full customer lifecycle from discovery to renewal. You will design live workflow solutions, demo in real time, and drive commercial outcomes across enterprise accounts while partnering with BDRs and Outcomes Architects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate complex procurement cycles, and leverage AI tools to advance customer adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience selling technical products to technical buyers.
• Strong discovery and qualification instincts.
• Ability to map customer workflows to commercial outcomes and adoption plans.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder cycles including procurement, legal, and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer lifecycle for your book of business, ensuring credits sold translate into credits consumed.
• Design and build workflow solutions live with customers; discovery is the demo.
• Partner with BDRs on target account planning and outbound motion.
• Navigate commercial sizing, proposals, procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals.
• Guide customers through early implementation with an adoption plan and handoff to Outcomes Architects.
• Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal, owning the commercial arc.
