Job summary

Notion, Dublin-based, is seeking a Forward Deployed Architect to turn AI ambition into operational reality for customers. You will design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes, partnering directly with customers to understand goals and governance needs.

You will lead discovery, solution design, workspace architecture and deployment, balancing technical tradeoffs with practical business value while working closely with Forward Deployed

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear workflows and implementation plans.
• Strong consultative discovery skills and mapping of current-state workflows.
• Hands-on AI builder mindset, experience using AI tools to design and improve workflows.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models and automation.
• Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption and value.
• Strong project and engagement management skills with stakeholder alignment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive presence with customer judgment.
• Bias toward action and rapid learning in AI-native environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers on forward deployed engagements from discovery through launch.
• Translate business goals and workflow requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Design architectures translating workflows, governance, integrations and AI use cases.
• Deploy AI-native workflows using the company's AI tools and agents.
• Create adoption plans and enablement materials for launch readiness.
• Identify repeatable patterns and package them as templates and reference architectures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, simplifying complex requirements.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering and Services leadership to scale successful approaches.
• Create implementation plans and success measures for value realization.
