Abrivia Recruitment Specialists in Ireland is recruiting an Ad Sales Account Manager to support one of the world’s most innovative AI technology brands. You will manage client relationships and help advertisers improve campaign performance across digital platforms.

The role covers the UK and Ireland, offering a strong bonus/commission structure and opportunities for career growth in a fast-moving AI/SaaS environment. This onsite position is based in Dublin City Centre.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Snap, Search)
• Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation
• Experience across upper, mid and lower funnel advertising activity
• Knowledge of digital advertising metrics, reporting and performance analysis
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn insights into practical recommendations
• Experience improving or troubleshooting underperforming campaigns
• Search advertising experience is advantageous
• Previous client-facing, account management or commercial experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and client-facing confidence

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing relationships with advertising clients
• Analysing campaign performance across the full marketing funnel
• Reviewing key advertising metrics and identifying performance trends
• Identifying issues such as creative fatigue, declining performance or inefficient spend
• Recommending campaign optimisation strategies based on data and performance insights
• Supporting clients with digital advertising best practice
• Identifying opportunities to increase client engagement and advertising investment
• Communicating campaign results and recommendations clearly and confidently
