Job summary

Performance Dynamics Limited in Sandyford is seeking a friendly, organized front-of-house assistant to join our gym team. You’ll answer the phone, respond to Instagram messages and emails, book trials, and follow up with families.

You’ll also handle member changes, pause or cancel requests, update the timetable, and keep booking records accurate. The role is four afternoons per week (12 hours) with a fixed schedule, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Experience with diary or booking systems and basic computer skills.
• Good communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer the gym line and return calls on the same day.
• Reply to messages on Instagram and emails from parents.
• Book trials and follow up with families.
• Update timetable for holidays/midterms and maintain booking records.
