Job summary

Performance Dynamics in Sandyford is hiring a friendly front-desk coordinator to look after our parents, members and athletes four afternoons a week. You’ll answer the gym line, call back, respond to messages, book trials and handle member changes. You’ll also update timetables and keep booking records accurate.

You don’t need a fitness qualification; we’ll train you. Expect 12 hours per week, €16–€18 per hour, with a stable pattern and holidays paid.

Qualifications

• Has done customer service roles and can handle phone inquiries with calm and clarity.
• Familiar with basic computer tasks: email, spreadsheets and scheduling.
• Able to update timetables and manage simple admin on a booking system.

Responsibilities

• Answer the gym line, return calls and respond to Instagram and email messages.
• Book trials and follow up; assist members with changes, pauses or cancellations.
• Update the timetable and maintain accurate booking records.
