Job summary

Anytime Fitness Maynooth is seeking a part-time Fitness & Administration Assistant to join our premium 24-hour health club. You will drive service excellence, build member relationships, respond to queries and promote our facilities and services.

You will support the Club Manager with daily operations, champion our brand values, and contribute to community outreach and brand growth within Maynooth. Training is provided across sales processes, health and safety, and customer care.

Qualifications

EQF Level 3 or RQF Level 2 Fitness instructor certificate, or equivalent.
Target driven with some fitness experience.
Have fantastic people skills.
Enjoy working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Computer savvy and have some knowledge of the industry.
Self-Motivated
Passionate about fitness
Willing to adopt the brand values & vision.

Responsibilities

Drive service excellence by building and developing member relationships and responding to queries.
Assist the Club Manager with day-to-day operations and promote the Anytime Fitness brand.
Communicate with prospects/members by phone, email and in person with accurate information.
Recruit new prospects/members and assist with local community outreach and presentations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal and HR requirements and maintain hygiene standards.
Provide group exercise classes, PT inductions, gym floor assistance and InBody assessments.
