Job summary

BIMM University in Dublin is seeking an Admissions Officer to guide prospective students from enquiry to enrolment with friendly, efficient support. You will ensure a seamless, professional experience for applicants across all routes.

You will assess and process applications, coordinate assessments (interviews/auditions), maintain clear communications, and assist with open days and new student enrolment while contributing to a welcoming campus experience.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assess and process applications efficiently and accurately, following internal policies across routes
• Coordinate admissions assessments, including interviews and auditions
• Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the journey
• Respond to applicant queries promptly, delivering excellent customer service
