Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent cleanliness standards throughout the Estate
• Cleans and maintains hotel bedrooms for check-in and check-out
• Cleans public areas, meeting rooms and office space
• Communicates maintenance requests clearly to the Maintenance Team
• Handles guest requests in a professional and timely manner
• Ensures all checklists are completed
• Follows Estate procedures for accepting, securing and returning guest property
• Adheres to Estate policy for key control and security
