Job summary

Mount Juliet Estate, a five-star luxury resort in County Kilkenny, is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the Front Office team and elevate the guest journey. You will oversee guest engagement, personalisation and service recovery, ensuring five-star standard delivery across arrivals, stays and departures.

Reporting to the Front Office leadership and collaborating with Housekeeping and Reservations, you will drive service excellence, staff development and adherence to Marriott Autograph

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality and front office leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the guest experience from pre-arrival to departure.
• Lead and supervise the Front Office team during daily operations.
• Ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences for all guests.
• Coach and develop Front Office colleagues to deliver personalised service.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvements across the guest journey.
• Ensure front office procedures and safety standards are followed consistently.
