Castle Leslie Estate is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the accommodation team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and guest satisfaction within a historic setting. Ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, with strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

You will lead Accommodation Assistants, liaise with Maintenance, and uphold H&S and HACCP

Accommodation Supervisor

Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a passionate and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accommodation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a unique and historic setting, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality through checking guest bedrooms and sign off for guest check in.

• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.

• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations both internally and externally.

• Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the Estate.

• You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.

Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
