Job summary

Castle Leslie Estate is seeking a talented Commis Pastry Chef to join our award-winning culinary team on The Lodge. You will take ownership of your section, work with an award-winning crew, and use the finest seasonal ingredients to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

This role is full-time and permanent, offering a competitive hourly rate reflective of skills and experience. Valid Ireland work authorisation is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Lead and manage your designated kitchen section to the highest standard.
