The role of a Accommodation Assistant at the Ballynahinch Castle hotel is to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas kept clean and tidy at all times and to the high standard expected. To service guests’ rooms promptly and with the care and attention to detail required. To greet and assist all guests in a friendly and cheerful manner.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel´s established standards of cleanliness at all times. Responsible for reporting any maintenance issues and handling Guest requests. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms
• Have the ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and the completion of tasks
• Have the ability to follow directions
• Have the ability to adhere to correct instructions and safety precautions when using chemical cleaning products
• Be physically fit and able to perform your job.
