Castle Leslie Estate is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the accommodation team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and guest satisfaction within a historic setting. Ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, with strong leadership and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

You will lead Accommodation Assistants, liaise with Maintenance, and uphold H&S and HACCP

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor standard of work and sign off for guest check-in.
• Lead and direct the team of Accommodation Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with all H&S and HACCP regulations.
• Monitor cleanliness of all public areas within the estate.
• Liaise with Maintenance to uphold high hotel standards.
