Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and colleagues in a polite and respectful manner.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
• Provide consistent housekeeping service in line with hotel standards.
• Complete full cleaning services for vacated bedrooms.
• Refresh stay-over bedrooms by replenishing amenities as guided.
• Report maintenance or housekeeping issues to a supervisor.
