We are seeking a motivated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.

About The Role

Purpose

To carry out tasks smoothly and efficiently ensuring standards, guest satisfaction and expectations are met or exceeded at all times.

Job Details

• To work with and supervise a team of Food & Beverage Assistants
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• To work closely with other Supervisors and/or Manager to carry out and assist in training of staff as required ensuring team members are trained to a high level and continually refreshed on their training
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
• Assist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
• Assist with job reviews and mid-year/annual appraisals with team members under your responsibility
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Meeting and greeting Guests as they arrive, ensuring that they are welcome
• Providing efficient and friendly service throughout the Estate
• Cleaning, laying up and clearing tables, stocking up and replenishing service points as necessary
• To report any Guests’ complaints or issues to Management and/or Duty Manager.
• Have thorough knowledge of service standards to ensure a 5* standard is always provided.
• To promote good working relations between team members and to ensure high morale
• To ensure all billing and charging procedures are followed
• To ensure that the team have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage product
• To attend daily and departmental meetings as required
• Ensure all daily team briefings take place
