Job summary

You will oversee breakfast to dinner service, private dining and room service, ensuring high standards, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, staff coaching, roster management and strict HACCP compliance, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and working across the Falls Restaurant and lounges.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages and service.
• Previous 5* hotel restaurant experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and high customer service standards.
• Strong communication and people-relations skills.
• Experience in staff training, development and retention.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast, lunch, lounge, afternoon tea, dinner and room service operations.
• Lead supervisors and staff on duty to ensure quality and standards.
• Monitor stock, ordering and HACCP compliance during shifts.
• Coach and develop the team, manage rosters and breaks.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and handle service issues professionally.
• Report performance and staffing needs to Restaurant Manager.
