PE Global Healthcare in Cork invites an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Cork office and help grow our established AHP agency/contract division. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for allied health professionals and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

With 2-3 years in agency recruitment, you will mentor others, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification to onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within an agency setting.
• Knowledge of allied health professions (AHP) disciplines and registrations.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team.
• Track record of success in an AHP agency recruitment role.
• Career driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client/candidate engagement skills.

Responsabilités

The role

PE Global Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Cork office and play a key role in growing our established AHP agency/contract division.

Duties of the role

• Driving sales and margin growth within the AHP contract desk
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and delivering exceptional levels of customer service through the recruitment process
• Working closely with the team to increase candidate attraction as well as working with your team to establish a strong candidate pipeline
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the allied health professions (AHP) sector
• Deal with client/ candidate queries and take ownership to follow up and ensure they are dealt with efficiently
• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle with candidates – qualification of candidates, organising interviews, interview preparation, managing job offers and any onboarding documentation required

The Person PE Global are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within an agency setting
• Knowledge of the variety of disciplines and modalities within AHP as well as the necessary registrations and validations.
• The ability to demonstrate a track record of the ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team
• A proven track record of success in an AHP Agency recruitment role
• Career driven and hardworking with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate and influence others and a professional outlook and approach
• Strong networking and creative approach to engaging clients and candidates
