Job summary

PE Global are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate for our biopharmaceutical client based in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. This is a 12-month contract with hybrid working options.

The role partners with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans. You will source candidates, manage postings, and provide market insights to leaders.

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business or Science.
  • At least 3 years recruitment experience.
  • Experience in a multinational Pharma/Biotech environment.
  • Delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and deliver recruitment services.
  • Build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
  • Act as trusted partner, providing market insights to leaders.
  • Post jobs and prepare offers in line with hiring plans.
  • Maintain candidate information, job listings and role requirements.
  • Manage local candidate database and pipeline.
  • Coordinate events to attract talent and assess candidates.
  • Contribute to TA projects and report risks to the business.
  • Support data interpretation to optimize recruitment processes.

Education

University Degree – HR, Business or Science
3 years Recruitment experience
Pharma/Biotech industry experience
High-volume recruitment delivery

The Role

PE Global are recruiting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate for our biopharmaceutical client based in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. This is a 12-month contract role. Hybrid working options.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and the business to fully understand the business needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service, while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans and campaigns
  • Building comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans
  • Act as trusted partner to managers and leaders, by providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape
  • Responsible for posting of jobs / positions in line with hiring plan and preparation of job offers.
  • Responsible for compiling and maintaining candidate information, job listings and role requirements.
  • Maintain a local database and contact management of prospective candidates to enable the improvement of the talent pipeline for key roles
  • Coordinate events associated with attracting talent and talent assessment in support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Responsible for contributing to the completion of specific projects around the Talent Acquisition activity.
  • Responsible for recognizing and calling out challenges or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
  • Support data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to drive insights to optimize the Talent Acquisition process.
Education & Experience
  • University Degree – HR, Business or Science
  • 3yrs experience in Recruitment
  • Ideally experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting
  • Experience working in a multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology organisation
  • Successful delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Knowledge and experience of various branding and recruitment marketing tools & processes
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems – ideally Workday
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates personal credibility and flexibility
  • Strong sense of service delivery to the business
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Manages multiple tasks, priorities and meets deadlines
  • Effective problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
