Job summary

A leading logistics and supply chain company in Indonesia is looking for a skilled individual to manage their inventory operations. You will be responsible for executing supply chain visibility and process standardization, while also developing an effective inventory department. Candidates should hold at least a diploma in Supply Chain Management, and have strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software is required. This role is based in Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Experience and knowledge of logistics/supply chain.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job description

Responsibilities

Execute supply chain visibility, process standardization, capacity planning, SOPs, and workflow automation

Monitors all inventory activities

Develop the organizational structure of the inventory department to support the company’s business needs

Implement management policies in terms of Quality Management System, OHS and Security

Ensure inbound outbound operations run in accordance with specified procedures

Carry out other tasks assigned by superior in accordance with the scope of work or other matters outside the scope of work related to operations

Qualifications

Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Having experience and knowledge of logistics / supply chain.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as warehouse management software & inventory management software

Leadership, planning, self-motivated, managerial courage, and customer focused

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
