We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller with a strong background in the heavy equipment or mining construction industry to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance across the organization.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and enhance internal control systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate audits, risk assessments, and financial reporting.
• Support decision‑making for project investments, asset management, and cost optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Finance Controller.
• Mandatory experience in heavy equipment, mining construction, or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
