Our aesthetic clinic is looking for an HR & GA Supervisor who can manage both Human Resources and General Affairs functions. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR processes: manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.
- Handle HR administration including attendance, employment contracts, employee records, and personnel documentation.
- Develop and implement staff training and development programs, including identifying training needs and coordinating with internal/external trainers.
- Oversee General Affairs operations: clinic facilities, cleanliness, security, building maintenance, and non-medical inventory.
- Manage the DC (Distribution Center) warehouse for non-pharmacy items: receiving, storage, distribution, stock control, and reporting.
- Handle procurement of non-medical operational needs: sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, purchasing, and quality monitoring.
- Maintain company documents including vendor contracts, operational permits, and general administrative records.
- Manage clinic assets and inventory, conduct regular stock opname, and ensure proper asset labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/GA, preferably in clinics, hospitals, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and basic labor regulations.
- Familiar with procurement, GA operations, warehouse/inventory management.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple functions simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, and administrative skills.
