• PT. Smoore Technology Indonesia in Malang
• PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia in Pasuruan
• PT. Merit Technology and Innovation Indonesia in Sidoarjo
• PT. Genesis Technology Indonesia in Malang

• Participate in confirming and executing PMC weekly/monthly plans.
• Supervise production teams to ensure adherence to process requirements and work instructions, monitor quality and progress, handle unexpected issues, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage the production site, promote a safe and organized environment, enforce labor discipline, and regulate employee work behavior.
• Develop and implement training plans for local production leaders and build local production teams.
• Identify and analyze production issues, implement improvements to enhance yield, efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Assess and develop the production team to improve their effectiveness.
• Monitor employee turnover, investigate reasons, and implement measures to reduce it.
• Update production data, summarize work regularly, and review departmental tasks.

• College degree or higher; excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Over 5 years of experience managing production teams, with knowledge of safety, process, and quality management.
• Strong learning ability, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiar with MES system data architecture.
