We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (ACS) who will ensure that project cost planning and financial management align with the consultant’s design integrity and client expectations.

Your Role

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for architectural, civil, and structural (ACS) works.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify contractor cost submissions against consultant drawings and specifications.
• Support tender evaluation, value engineering, and cost comparison analysis throughout project design and construction phases.
• Review progress claims, variations, and final accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and approved budgets.
• Collaborate with design engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all cost-related deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QS in an engineering consultancy or large‑scale construction project.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
