Qualifications

• 5-10 years in procurement/sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Experience in importing spare parts and understanding of import regulations, Incoterms, and customs.
• Fluent in spoken and written English for international communication.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry regulations in Indonesia (especially PTK-007).
• Networking in the oil and gas industry, negotiation, relationship management, leadership, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the oil and gas sector.
• Leverage industrial networks to open up business opportunities with SKK Migas and KKKS.
• Build strong relationships with strategic clients.
• Manage the procurement cycle from identification of needs to contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations in Indonesia.
• Lead sales and procurement teams, providing direction and training.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance for strategic decisions.
• Manage supply chain risks and changing import regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
