Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
  • Collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and facilitate recruitment processes.
  • Manage benefits administration and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations and feedback processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
