A leading logistics company in Kawasan Industri KIIC-Karawang seeks an Assistant Manager Warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the warehouse field. Proficiency in Japanese and English is crucial, alongside strong skills in Excel. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, implementing efficiency initiatives, and maintaining safety protocols. This role offers an opportunity to contribute strategically to warehouse management.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) any major
10 year experience wording in warehouse field
Fluent in Japanese and English
Mastering office, especially excel such as Formula, Pivot table, so on and power point
Preferably have knowledge of Japanese
Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri KIIC-Karawang
Supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping
Ensure inventory accuracy and stock levels match system records
Maintain security and integrity of goods during storage, handling, and shipping
Manage warehouse operations to meet efficiency standards
Implement Kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity
Enforce 5S and safety protocols
Work overtime as needed
Meet set targets and performance goals
