Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience managing sites larger than 4,000 square meters.
• Knowledge of administrative logistics operations and management.
• Ability to operate property management activities independently.
• Proficiency in office software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in building lasting, open, and collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Create and implement an engaging client engagement strategy.
• Provide and manage a comprehensive and consistent range of workplace services.
• Engage with guests, employees, and key stakeholders to deliver an authentic and impactful workplace experience.
• Embed a culture of empowerment, engagement, fulfilment, teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence.
• Work with relevant parties on space management through data analytics.
• Develop client support and feedback initiatives and resources.
• Build a community of ambassadors and workplace support team members to deliver timely services.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to clients on operational matters and workplace experience.
• Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies with client leadership to improve culture and employee engagement.
