Job summary

Sun Life Financial in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management professional to lead governance, asset management, and financial administration for workplace services. You will oversee vendor relationships, contracts and SLAs, and drive cost optimization while ensuring security, BCM, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Facility Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Facility Management, Business Continuity Management, Project Management, or Workplace Management are an advantage.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Experience within financial services, insurance, banking, multinational corporations, or professional services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient delivery of workplace support services, aligned with business needs and employee experience objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract administration, performance monitoring, and SLAs.
• Lead governance and oversight of physical fixed assets including asset lifecycle, inventory, verification, movement and disposal.
• Manage FM-related Accounts Payable, invoice validation, budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization efforts.
• Oversee workplace security controls, access systems, visitor management and CCTV governance.
• Coordinate Business Continuity Management activities, exercises and crisis preparedness programs.
• Coordinate records management and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support business and workplace needs.
