Job summary

PT Traya Hydro Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment systems across Indonesia. You will develop new business opportunities, present solutions, and coordinate with engineering teams to support project execution.

The role requires 2+ years in sales within water treatment or related industries, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for client visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Environmental, Industrial Equipment, Pump, Chemical, or Engineering Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Water Treatment (WTP), Wastewater Treatment (WWTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), or related systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Possess strong networking and business development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possess a valid SIM A and willing to travel for business visits.
• Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell Water Treatment & Wastewater Treatment systems.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams during project execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
