Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, optimize efficiency, and drive KPI achievement across all process zones in a fast-growing e-commerce and fulfillment setting.

You will lead Supervisors and Team Leaders, coordinate capacity planning for peak periods, and ensure strict SOP compliance and safety protocols while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing warehouse operations, especially in e-commerce or fulfillment center operations.
• Experience in managing medium to large-scale warehouse operation.
• Strong leadership background with a track record of successfully managing supervisors and large operational teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure productivity, analyze bottlenecks, and execute capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of standard warehouse KPIs, SOP implementation, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard operational reporting tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize all daily warehouse operations to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow continuity.
• Lead and synchronize operational Supervisors and Team Leaders to consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs.
• Analyze productivity benchmarks across all process zones to proactively mitigate bottlenecks and operational constraints.
• Strategize and manage resource capacity planning, ensuring seamless scalability during high-volume peak periods.
• Enforce rigorous compliance and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Track, evaluate, and expedite the resolution of pending operational issues to minimize supply chain disruptions.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture through targeted coaching of supervisors and continuous team development.
