Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is hiring for a Warehouse Operations & Inventory role to maintain real-time stock records and ensure accuracy across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will use WMS to process transfers, perform cycle counts, and support returns, while collaborating with inbound and warehouse teams to optimize stock flow.

The position expects adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to work six days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs and B2C fulfillment processes, including inbound, inventory control, outbound, and returns handling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock management, and inventory accuracy.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned or shifted to different warehouse areas as needed.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records by processing stock transfers and inventory movements in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across warehouse locations.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support return operations by validating returned items and ensuring proper putaway processes.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Prepare inventory reports and support data analysis to improve stock management and inventory optimization.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Returns, and Warehouse Operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow and issue resolution.
• Investigate stock variances and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
