Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Training & outbound operations supervisor to join our growing team in Jakarta. You will oversee daily outbound activities, lead a team of outbound associates, and ensure timely, accurate shipping while enforcing SOPs.

You will develop engaging training materials, use MS Excel for performance tracking, audit processes, and collaborate with Inbound, Inventory, and Logistics to optimize warehouse flow and reporting for management review.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse training, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Deep knowledge of warehouse SOPs and fulfillment (inbound/outbound/returns).
• Ability to create engaging training materials and Excel-based evaluations.
• Excel proficiency for recording and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with auditing capabilities.
• Analytical about new employee understanding and performance.
• Located at the Warehouse with willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outbound operations including picking, packing, loading for timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead and supervise outbound staff to meet productivity and quality targets; enforce SOPs.
• Audit outbound activities regularly to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to outbound staff, assessing performance.
• Develop training materials and use MS Excel for performance tracking and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Inbound, Inventory, and Logistics to optimize warehouse flow.
• Generate reports on outbound performance and audits for management review.
• Address operational issues and discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse training, fulfillment center, or logistics industry
• In-depth understanding of warehouse SOPs and fulfillment processes (inbound, inventory, outbound, return).
• Skilled in creating engaging training materials and excel based evaluations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic recording and reporting
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a firm approach auditing and evaluations
• Analytical ability to assess new employee's understanding and performance
• Will be located at Warehouse
• Willing to work in shifting hours

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily outbound operations, including picking, packing, and loading to ensure timely and accurate
• Lead and supervise a team of outbound associates, ensuring adherence to productivity targets and quality standards Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs for all outbound processes
• Conduct regular audits of outbound activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to outbound staff, assessing their understanding and performance
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials and use Ms. Excel for performance tracking and evaluation of the outbound processes
• Collaborate with other department leaders (Inbound, Inventory, Logistics) to optimize overall warehouse flow
• Generate comprehensive reports on outbound performance, audits, and team evaluations for management review
• Address and resolve operational issues and discrepancies related to outbound shipments promptly
