Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive growth in General Trade and Modern Trade channels in the Purwakarta area. You will build a distribution network, supervise sales teams, and manage distributor relationships to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in GT/MT, with a background in personal care and skincare, and a proven track record with distributors and resellers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in General Trade & Modern Trade (Independent).
• Experience handling distributors, agents, and resellers.
• Background in personal care and skincare.
• Experience with General Trade & Modern Trade channels in the placements area.

Responsibilities

• Build team and distribution network in the area.
• Supervise the activities of sales executives and distributors/agents/resellers to meet sales targets.
• Maintain contact with clients to foster strong working relationships and grow the customer base.
