Job summary

Scarlett Indonesia, a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand, is seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain Planner in Jakarta to join our dynamic operations team. You will monitor inbound from vendors, prepare daily/weekly reports, manage POs, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep stock levels optimal and deliveries on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables.
• Proactive, high initiative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good numerical and analytic skills.
• Good communication and coordination with internal teams & vendors.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound daily from sourcing vendors.
• Prepare Daily Finished Goods and Monitoring Report including stock, demand forecast, actual sales, DOI.
• Prepare Weekly Inbound Replenishment to sourcing vendors.
• Update and monitor purchase orders (PO) and goods arrivals.
• Analyze and follow up on delayed goods arrival and escalate potential supply issues.
• Coordinate with related depts such as Procurement, Warehouse, Demand Planning, Sales & Marketing, and Quality Assurance to solve daily operational issues.
