Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with logistics teams to optimise warehouse layout and storage solutions
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any maintenance issues or defects promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility
• Supervise warehouse staff activities and provide guidance to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies
• Process documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading and delivery records
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity and reduce operational costs
• Maintain organised records of warehouse transactions and prepare reports for management review
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety and proper organisation

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join PT Upsol Global International. This is a full-time position based in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. As a Warehouse Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities, managing inventory, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining the highest standards of organisation and efficiency. This position is essential to our supply chain operations and directly contributes to the success of our business in the warehousing, storage and distribution sector.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods in accordance with company procedures and safety standards

Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies

What we're looking for

Proven experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or officer-level role

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse operations

Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication and team leadership abilities

Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory and documentation management

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
