Job summary

PT Coway International Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in Jakarta. You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with divisions, and ensure items are released per SOP while optimizing stock movement and reporting to HQ.

The role requires a diploma in a related field, strong warehouse knowledge, and proficiency with Excel/ERP. Willingness to be placed in Tangerang/Jakarta Utara/Jakarta Barat area.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in a related field.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations.
• 1–2 years in warehouse & logistics management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with WMS, inventory and ERP systems.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Manage product handling, storage, and gate processes.
• Coordinate with divisions to support improvement activities.
• Ensure items are released in alignment with SOP.
• Generate detailed reports for HQ on inventory and operations.
• Be willing to be placed in Tangerang/Jakarta Utara/Jakarta Barat area.
