Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or steel fabrication environment preferred.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and product loading activities preferred.
• Gantry Crane Operator Certificate and/or Welding Certificate is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and store finished products and materials according to warehouse procedures.
• Operate gantry cranes and material handling equipment safely for lifting, transporting, and loading activities.
• Perform receiving, storage, inventory control, and product dispatch activities accurately.
• Load and unload finished products while ensuring product protection and transportation safety.
• Inspect products to identify damage, defects, or non-conformance before storage or shipment.
• Perform basic welding or minor repair work on finished products when required.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area by applying 5S principles.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operator role based in Tangerang. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for handling finished products and warehouse activities, including storage, material handling, loading, unloading, and inventory control. This role ensures products are stored safely, handled properly, and delivered on time while maintaining quality, safety, and warehouse accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, move, and store finished products and materials according to warehouse procedures.
• Operate gantry cranes and material handling equipment safely for lifting, transporting, and loading activities.
• Perform receiving, storage, inventory control, and product dispatch activities accurately.
• Load and unload finished products while ensuring product protection and transportation safety.
• Inspect products to identify damage, defects, or non-conformance before storage or shipment.
• Perform basic welding or minor repair work on finished products when required.
• Conduct routine inspection and basic care of warehouse equipment and lifting tools.
• Follow HSE procedures, lifting safety requirements, and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area by applying 5S principles.

General Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background in Mechanical, Welding, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or steel fabrication environment.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and product loading activities is preferred.
• Gantry Crane Operator Certificate and/or Welding Certificate is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes, safety procedures, and material handling practices.
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.
• Good discipline, teamwork, and ability to follow work instructions.
