Job summary

PT Multisarana Bahteramandiri is seeking a Warehouse Admin to plan and coordinate all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows. You will work with customers and apply the Special SOP for the Warehouse division, while supporting overall warehouse operations and management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, 1 year warehousing experience, familiarity with Boon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or industrial engineering with GPA ≥ 3
• Minimum 1 year warehousing experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Boon Software
• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with MS Office and ISO 9001:2015

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all activities in and out of the warehouse

Job description

Warehouse Admin role specializing in Warehouse Operations and management, including technical knowledge in handling Warehouse Management System WMS (Boon Software). The role involves planning and coordinating all activities in and out of the warehouse, including communication with customer, and ensuring the application of Special SOP relating to Warehouse division.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related degree from reputable University or Technical College with GPA min. 3

Minimum 1 years of working experience in Warehousing

Technical knowledge in handling Warehouse Management System WMS (Boon Software)

Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision

Honest, good personality, initiative, accurate, have attention to details

Able to converse and write in English

Familiar with microsoft office

Familiar with management systems such as ISO 9001:2015

Willing to wok bi-weekly Saturdays

Preferably Having a home or residence around Bekasi area or North Jakarta
