PT Ega Wayang Garmindo is looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations within our garment manufacturing facility.
This role will oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance to production, finished goods handling, and warehouse administration to ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and reliable support for production and shipment activities.
Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuance, stock control, finished goods handling, and dispatch preparation.
Ensure accurate and timely movement of fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, work-in-process materials, and finished goods within the warehouse.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through proper stock recording, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and physical inventory controls.
Coordinate closely with PPIC, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
Monitor warehouse capacity, storage utilization, material movement, stock aging, and inventory conditions to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Establish and maintain proper warehouse layout, location management, material identification, and storage standards.
Ensure materials and finished goods are properly received, identified, stored, issued, and documented in accordance with operational procedures.
Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, receiving and issuing lead time, stock discrepancy, space utilization, and warehouse productivity.
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and material flow.
Manage workforce planning, scheduling, performance, discipline, and development of warehouse personnel.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, material handling requirements, operational procedures, and company policies.
Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and system transactions, including receiving records, stock movements, material issuance, transfers, adjustments, and finished goods records.
Analyze warehouse data and prepare regular management reports with actionable recommendations for operational improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within garment, textile, manufacturing, or other fast-paced production environments.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling, stock control, and manufacturing material flow.
Experience in managing raw materials, production materials, work-in-process, and finished goods inventory is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory management systems.
Strong knowledge of stock accuracy controls, cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and operational decision-making skills.
Proven leadership experience in managing warehouse teams and achieving operational performance targets.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
