Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, and team performance. You will drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency while ensuring stock integrity across our food, beverage, and hospitality materials.

This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a warehouse team, develop SOPs, monitor costs and service levels, and collaborate with Procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, distribution processes, and warehouse management.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with inventory systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and documentation for materials.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, distribution, and team performance. The role will ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient warehouse activities while maintaining proper stock control and supporting operational needs.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.

Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock monitoring, cycle counts, and stock opname.

Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of food, beverages, equipment, and other operational materials.

Monitor inbound and outbound goods and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Coordinate with Procurement, Central Kitchen, Operations, and other related departments regarding stock and distribution requirements.

Develop and implement warehouse SOPs and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Monitor warehouse productivity, operational costs, and service levels.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse team members.

Prepare and analyze warehouse and inventory reports for management.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

Experience in F&B, FMCG, retail, or hospitality is preferred.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and familiar with warehouse or inventory management systems.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willing to work according to operational requirements.
